Apprenticeships

SIKA Academy is delighted to announce that it has won the backing to take on 10 apprenticeships as part of the government scheme. Our sponsor will provide us with the funding to boost the take-home pay of apprentice sports ambassadors. This means that we can improve our engagement with the community and offer employment opportunities to more young people.

If you or someone you know is interested in an apprenticeship with SIKA, send a CV to us at info@sikaacademy.co.uk. together with a covering letter of why you'd like to join SIKA and what your experiences can bring to the team. To be eligible you must be between the ages of 16 and 24.

The Princes Trust

Sika Academy is excited to announce that it has won the support of the Prince's Trust in helping to transform local communities. The Prince's Trust is renowned for its work with young people, especially those from troubled or disadvantaged backgrounds. Our joint aims are to help young people develop key skills, confidence and motivation. The Trust hopes that with its support, Sika Academy will grow to help transform local communities across the UK.

Sika Academy is working actively with the Royal British Legion's Career Transition Partnership to offer opportunities to highly skilled, motivated and experienced service leavers. We believe that ex- services personnel have a lot to offer young people in terms of mentoring, developing life skills, and encouraging a positive attitude and outlook on life.
